Structural Audit of the society buildings at a stipulated age, (every 5 years after 15 years of age & every 3 years after 30 years of age of building) is mandatory as per Society Bye-laws no. 77.

In addition to mandatory requirements by the local governing body, requirements from concerned ‘Educational Boards’ are to be followed considering the safety of children.
INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURES
As per Maharashtra State Factory Act 1963 Rule-3A, structural audit is to be carried out & certificate of stability in Form 1-A is to be submitted to Factory Inspector once in 5 years or after any extension & addition to the structure.
